Following a bumper year in 2007, our client-side marketing team has continued to grow from strength to strength and Leah’s appointment represents a key hire for the business to help to drive the team forward in 2008. Our in-house marketing team has had a strong start to the New Year and has already attracted top vacancies from some of the UK’s leading companies and brand’s including BUPA, Rightmove, Cadbury Trebor Bassett, Ministry of Sound and Next. On meeting Leah you will experience a friendly charm, with an approachable manner and the ability to build confidence in people very quickly. Her background? Leah first cut her teeth in the world of marketing at leading video game developers, Codemasters, where she was responsible for organising key marketing exhibitions and events within the UK and Europe. Leah then decided to put her first-hand knowledge of marketing and love for people into practice by taking her first foray into the world of recruitment at a specialist sales & marketing recruitment agency. Her superb knowledge of the marketing industry coupled with the practical recruitment experience gained at a niche recruiter are sure to be an invaluable asset to Big Fish! Outside of work, Leah has a real passion for travel and even did a stint as an air hostess for Virgin Atlantic, which allowed her to see the world in style. Along with the rest of the Big fish team, Leah also enjoys a good night out with friends and is looking forward to getting back to the gym sometime soon, well, right after she finishes shopping (her other passion)!
